This Privacy Policy explains how Sellers Delight (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards information when you access our software, APIs, and related services (the “Service”).
We collect account identifiers (name, email, company), store configuration details, supplier feed uploads, and usage telemetry required to maintain service reliability. Optional product feedback or support conversations may also be retained to improve the platform.
Data powers core workflows such as feed normalization, pricing guidance, and listing preparation. We also use it to provide customer support, detect abuse, secure the Service, and develop new functionality. Data is never sold or shared with third-party advertisers.
Processing is grounded in one or more of the following: performance of our contract with you, legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, and compliance with legal obligations. Consent is requested separately when required (for example, optional marketing updates).
Operational data is hosted in the EU or UK via reputable infrastructure providers. Supplier files and derived tables are retained while your account remains active and deleted within a reasonable window after closure, subject to legal holds or dispute resolution requirements.
We rely on managed hosting (such as Supabase and Vercel) plus secure logging, analytics, and email partners to deliver the Service. Each processor is bound by confidentiality obligations and data processing agreements consistent with GDPR and similar frameworks.
If you connect an eBay seller account, we store an encrypted OAuth token to act on your behalf when publishing listings. We do not retrieve or store your eBay transactions, orders, or buyer information. You may disconnect your eBay account at any time via Account Settings, which immediately purges all stored eBay credentials. If eBay notifies us that your eBay account has been closed, we automatically delete your stored credentials. eBay Inc. is a third-party data processor in this context.
Access controls, encryption, environment isolation, and least-privilege credentials are applied to protect customer data. No system can be perfectly secure, so we continuously monitor for vulnerabilities, apply patches, and review access logs.
Depending on jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or transfer of your personal data. You can also object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Submit requests via support@sellersdelight.co and we will respond within applicable timelines.
When data moves outside the UK or EEA we rely on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or comparable safeguards to protect personal information.
The Service is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, or regulatory changes. Material updates will be announced via the dashboard or email, and continued use of the Service indicates acceptance.
